CLEANING AND HYGIENE PROCEDURES

Dear guests,

Since the outbreak of the Corona virus in our country until today, we have taken all the necessary precautions. Furthermore, we will implement all additional and updated measures for the protection of our guests and employees, which are published by the Turkish Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Due to the coronavirus precautions specified by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Tourism, a decree sent to the hotels established a set of rules that our guests and staff must respect. Being a hotel we are obliged to implement the standards and measures applicable to all hotels.
The obligation to comply exists for the following measures:
1. Your apartment is only available to you after our previous guests have left the hotel, cleaning and the necessary disinfection procedure has been carried out. The apartment must also have been empty for at least 24 hours.
2. It is strictly prohibited for our staff and guests to enter the hotel without a mask or to be in public areas without a mask.
3. A fever measurement is required when entering the hotel. For guests staying longer than 1 (one) day, the temperature will be tested every day.
4. It is necessary that our guests inform us if they have been outside Antalya or Turkey within the last 14 days.
5. If any of our guests have been infected with corona before, they must provide us with their last negative test result and inform us about the time they experienced the infection.
6. During check-in and check-out, there should not be more than 1 (one) guest in front of the reception desk. If you have to wait at the reception, please wait with respect to the social distance.
7. A disinfection mat was placed at the hotel entrance and the staff entrance.
8. If there are more than 2 people in the lift, the lift should not be used.
9. If guests suspect during their stay that they may have been infected with Corona or that one or more of the Corona virus symptoms occur, the reception must be informed.
10. Even if our guests request an interim cleaning, it can only be carried out at a time when the guests are outside the apartment due to compliance with the regulations on social distance.
11. Disinfectant and medical waste bins are placed in necessary places within the hotel.
12. All personnel in the hotel use masks. Cleaning staff works with mask, visor and necessary disinfectant equipment.
13. Since each room has to be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and aired after the previous guest has left it, a change of room after your move in is only possible to a limited extent. We fulfill special room requests if possible and then if this request can be brought in accordance with the Corona rules. We would like to thank all our guests for their understanding regarding the above rules necessary to control infection with the Corona Virus.
